Confluence: A Collective Imagining of the FUTURE OF INNOVATION in the Social Space.
We live in an era of Innovation in all spheres, impacting life in more ways than we could ever imagine. The social space in this vast country of ours with its stark and subtle social, cultural, economic, geographic and climatic variations calls for continuous innovations in interventions for sustainable impact and empowerment of communities. With the theme Future of Innovation, Confluence is designed to be a gathering of innovators, academicians, development practitioners, entrepreneurs, policy makers, corporates, young people, children, and other stakeholders to celebrate the innovative spirit and interventions in the social space. We envision it to collectively imagine the future of innovation for accelerating the progress, well-being and balance of the (social) eco-system consisting of humans and nature. With the push towards entrepreneurship that we are witnessing today, it is all the more imperative to imagine the future of innovation as a collaborative movement towards collective well being, while at the same time, upholding the uniqueness of individual journeys.
