Youth Involve: The NODE Fellowship

Creating Spaces for Young Dreams to Thrive.

Since 2012, the Youth Involve program has nurtured 33 dynamic young changemakers across 6 Northeastern states—many of whom continue to lead inspiring community initiatives, social enterprises, and nonprofit ventures. Building on this foundation, we now enter an exciting new chapter for young people who deeply understand their communities, carry strong hopes for change, and are putting thoughtful ideas to action.  Welcome to Youth Involve: The NODE Fellowship —a renewed commitment to nurturing local leadership and strengthening youth-led transformation in Assam, Mizoram, and Nagaland.

Youth Involve: The NODE Fellowship creates spaces where young leaders can trust their instincts, nurture their aspirations, and grow their initiatives with guidance and support. By connecting these local nodes of change, we aim to strengthen a network of grounded, community-rooted leadership shaping the region’s future from within.

It’s not just a fellowship – it’s a network of youth who choose to stay, build, and lead in their own communities.

Youth Resource Centers (YRC)

The Youth Resource Centre (YRC) is an initiative by Bosco Institute to strengthen spaces led by Youth Involve alumni by establishing youth resource centres within their own communities. These centres are envisioned as vibrant safe spaces where young people explore themselves and their universe and learn, collaborate, innovate and lead community change.

This year, 2026 – eight Youth Resource Centres are establised across Assam, Nagaland, and Mizoram. Each resource centre reflects the unique needs and aspirations of its local community while serving as a hub for youth leadership, learning, creativity and social action.
